General Terms & Conditions of the Prize Draw

1. Organiser

The prize draw "Treasure Hunt – Pirates Aventure" is organised by Créatiz SA, a company based in Switzerland, operating the Pirates Aventure exhibition at Signal de Bougy.

2. Game period

The game runs from August 1 to August 30, 2026.
Entries received after 11:59 PM on August 30, 2026 will not be taken into account.

3. Conditions of participation

• Free to enter, no purchase necessary.
• Open to any individual aged 12 or older.
• Minor participants must have the consent of a legal guardian.
• One entry per family (same household, same surname, same email address).
• Créatiz SA employees and their families may not participate.

4. How to participate

To take part, participants must:

• Go to the dedicated riddles page on the Pirates Aventure website.
• Solve the riddles and find the mystery word.
• Submit the mystery name via the form provided, indicating: name, valid email address, name of the mystery pirate.

Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, fraudulent or submitted multiple times will be rejected.

5. Anti-fraud checks

The organiser reserves the right to:

• verify that an entry corresponds to a single family,
• request proof of identity or confirmation of family ties in case of doubt,
• cancel an entry or a prize if an attempt at fraud, rule circumvention or multiple family entries is detected.

If a prize is cancelled for fraud or non-compliance with the rules, the organiser will award it to another participant, according to the prize draw procedure.

6. Selecting the winner

Among participants who provided the correct mystery word, a prize draw will take place on August 30, 2026.

The winner will receive:

• 4 Europa-Park tickets, valid for the 2026 season.

Tickets will be sent by email within 10 days of the draw.

7. Consolation prizes

All participants who provided the correct mystery word but did not win will receive:

• 1 free child ticket for the 2027 season of Pirates Aventure at Signal de Bougy.

Sent by email by September 15, 2026 at the latest.

8. Liability

The organiser cannot be held responsible for:

• entries not received for technical reasons,
• incorrect email addresses,
• issues with sending or receiving e-tickets,
• any change or closure of Europa-Park or Pirates Aventure.

Prizes are neither exchangeable, refundable nor transferable.

9. Data protection

The data collected (name, email) is used for:

• managing the prize draw,
• sending prizes,
• sending information about the 2027 reopening of the Pirates Aventure park.

By entering, participants consent to this use. They may request deletion of their data or unsubscribe from communications at any time.

10. Acceptance of terms

Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

11. Amendment or cancellation

Créatiz SA reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the game in the event of force majeure or if circumstances require it, without compensation.
